Theresa "Reese" O'Donnell has been a dedicated healthcare professional for 12 years, holding a Master's Degree from the University of Miami. In addition to her work in hormone health, she also has extensive experience in critical care within the Intensive Care Unit. Currently, Reese serves Thrivelab patients in two states, driven by her passion for the profound positive effects that hormone therapy can have on both physical and mental health. She finds the science behind hormones fascinating and enjoys tailoring hormone therapy to meet individual needs, witnessing firsthand the transformative impact it can have on patients' lives.
Reese's personal mission aligns closely with Thrivelab's goal of ‘helping good humans thrive’ which involves adopting a mindset and set of actions that support the well-being, growth, and postive impact of individuals. She is committed to fostering a clinical environment where patients feel valued, respected, and supported. She believes in embracing every season of life, encouraging growth and adaptation through both joyful and challenging times. Reese often quotes, "Lean in," reminding patients to embrace their current life stage fully. She also cherishes the idea of connection and collaboration, captured in her favorite quote, "Meet me at the table," signifying a shared journey toward health and well-being between her and her patients.
Outside of her professional life, Reese is passionate about rescuing golden retrievers, especially senior dogs, providing them with a loving and peaceful home for their "golden" years. She is an avid outdoors lover who enjoys boating, hiking, traveling, and exploring the world with her husband.
I have two quotes that I love right now.
"Lean in". We are all at different points in our lives. Some good, some not so good. And whatever season your life is in, lean into that. Embrace your growth, celebrate your joys, spend time in your sorrow, reflect and then adapt.
The other is "meet me at the table". Tables are places where people gather, for food, nourishment, conversations, meetings, etc. Tables bring people together. I hope my patients feel that we are together, at a table, working with each other to accomplish their goals in health. I hope to see you at the table!
