Some sterile products use a short beyond-use window. Yours is the date on the container, not a number from a thread.
People repeat '28 days' because certain multi-dose sterile products are assigned short beyond-use dates under pharmacy standards. That is a real rule for those containers. It is not a universal fact about every semaglutide product on earth.
Read your label. If it says a date, that date is the instruction. If you are past it, you do not stretch it because the vial is not empty.
Discard what you were told to discard and contact the coordinator for a refill. Do not combine leftovers from two vials to 'finish the month.'
A missed window is annoying. An infection or a dose you cannot trust is worse. The clinician would rather hear about the waste than discover it later in a side-effect story.
