What patients tend to mention, and how to read a star rating without treating it as a result.
Thrivelab's public Trustpilot profile is the place to read reviews, not a sentence on this page that will go stale. The structured data on the site uses the published TrustScore. Patients are not the same thing as reviews. A large practice can have many patients and a smaller set of people who wrote something.
Stars do not tell you what your side effects will be. They tell you whether people felt looked after. Read the complaints. The useful ones name communication, shipping, and whether anyone answered when the dose felt wrong.
People mention the length of the visit, a coordinator who replied, and medicine that arrived when it was supposed to. They also mention cost surprises and the frustration of a stall. Both belong in your questions before you pay.
A review is not a clinical trial. Someone else's thirty pounds is not waiting for you. If you want the evidence conversation, have it with the clinician, about you.
