Apply at the time of day recommended by your provider.
Skin should be clean and dry.
Spread a thin layer over a large surface area to increase absorption.
Rub the cream in thoroughly (approx. 10 times back and forth)
Rotate the areas for cream application so that individual sites don’t become saturated.
The medications will take approximately 2 hours to absorb fully, thus activities such as bathing, swimming and exercising (inducing sweat) should be avoided for at least 2 hours.
Safety reminder
Avoid transfer of cream to people and pets. Close skin to skin contact with application area and someone else can potentially transfer the medication to them.
