What You Can Expect:
Lindsay Blumeyer (00:10.735)
Hi everyone. I'm so excited to have a live Q&A about Thrivelab. We produced a lot of podcasts from this clinic going over important topics. So it's nice to finally just cover exactly who we are and what we do. I'm also happy to here, have my co-host Raquael, and I'll let her introduce herself in a moment. But my name's Lindsay. I'm a Director of Patient Care here. The past five years, I've spoken to thousands of patients, men and women all across the States, across the world that are dealing with challenges of imbalances in some shape, form, health, mental, everything. And it's not just about the symptoms that they talk to us about, it's how they impact their daily lives, how they feel, how they get up in the morning, take care of themselves, their families, things like that. We know stress does a lot to the body. It impacts your relationships or things that you love to do. So a lot of patients that come to Raquael and I, are feeling disconnected in some way. So again, very excited to talk about our clinic and answering a lot of these questions here. Raquael and I are passionate to guide patients in getting help for themselves. Last bit I want to say is Thrivelab and give you our mission statement, which is to make hormone health affordable and accessible nationwide, worldwide. And we're very passionate here of spreading that awareness to people all over dealing with imbalances and let them know that there's help. So we do take a holistic approach in our clinic and we're always striving for improving our patient outcomes. So we want to empower our patients and make sure that they are giving their gifts at the highest level, as we always say here. So I will now pass the mic over to Raquael.
Raquael Flores (02:11.572)
Hello, I am Raquael. I'm one of the Directors of Patient Care for Thrivelab. I have been with Thrivelab for about a year and a half. I also have a medical background. I'm a licensed lactation consultant as well as I'm licensed in medical aesthetics. And then just for myself, I am super passionate about women's health. And then I'm also on that journey myself. I just turned 50 this year. I have had hormones in the past, so I'm kind of a little more complicated case. Like lot of patients I run across, I had a partial hysterectomy in my late 30s and had to navigate through that. Super empathetic, always wanting to help patients and help you achieve your goals with hormone health. And I'm excited to be here and talk to you all.
Lindsay Blumeyer (03:09.093)
Great.
Raquael Flores (03:10.481)
Next, we're going to go into one of the main questions. I do want to give a little outline for everyone on how today is going to go. So, we're going to go through a few questions about halfway through that. We'll go ahead and take a break and do one of our giveaways. And then after that, we'll do our second portion and do another giveaway at the end. And make sure you stay to the end because we will give a coupon code, which is going to be good to waive that first quarter fee for patients. So that's super exciting. And probably the first question we get is, how do you know when it's time to start or is it an appropriate time to start hormone therapy? And really for our approach, which is more on a functional medicine side, is really looking at symptoms, severity of symptoms. I'm sure a lot of you have struggled with things like brain fog, fatigue, you know, maybe some weight gain or body changes. We are there to look at all of those things. We not just only look at labs, but we look at symptoms really heavily and try to take that individual approach. You know, some people have hormone changes due to just, you know, aging in that hormone process, but also we also are aware that people can have things start in puberty such as PCOS, can be environmentally, surgically, lifestyle induced. So again, we try to look at all of those things when looking at hormone imbalance. And then what ages do we treat? For women, we're gonna treat ages 18 to 80, and then for our male patients, it's 25 to 80. And then on the bottom, there's some very, I don't wanna say alarming statistics, but yes, it makes you feel like, okay, maybe you are in the norm that 72% between the ages of 35 and 65 are actually suffering from a hormone imbalance and only 12% you know can get treatment for that due to high costs and lack of access. So we'll go into that more as far as how Thrivelab can help you with that too.
Raquael Flores (05:32.028)
And then also, do we have any questions so far regarding anything? I just want to check in with everyone on the call. I don't see anything yet, but I want to make sure we address those as we go.
Lindsay Blumeyer (05:42.659)
I don't see any questions, but I do have some “Hi’s” to those that have already said hi to us. Okay, well then let's go into the next part is, what is it that we address clinically or what is it that if we prescribe, what is it? Thrivelab, what we always recommend are bioidentical compounded hormones. So let's unpack what that is. First, what is a compounded medication? Think of a compounded medication that's customized for the patient. It's not a mass produced medication. It's not a one size fits all that you would see at a Walgreens or CVS. Bioidentical hormones, they're specifically made tailored to the patient's needs, the dosing, what their body absorbs. So these are made in specialized pharmacies, not just your standard CVS, Walgreens, and they're mixed with ingredients that match exactly what your body needs.
Now, why do we say bioidentical hormones? So the bioidentical part means that the molecular structure matches atom to atom of what your body produces. So we're replacing what's missing. It's that puzzle piece that fits in perfectly to your body cells and it delivers information to your body, what it needs to do in order for it to function. So think of bioidenticals as just something customized for yourself and what's nice is it gives you the best benefits because it's something that your body recognizes. It absorbs better. So you get better results with whatever symptom imbalance that you're dealing with. Now, there are synthetics out there. Synthetics could be in the form of pellets, IUDs that release hormones, patches, birth control tablets. So those are hormones, but they're not specifically made for you. Your body might not get the best results because it's not replacing what your body's producing exactly. So that's why we do recommend the bioidentical compounded medications versus synthetics. And then the variations of those medications, they do come in a cream form that transdermal we find very effective, binds to cells easily. We also produce things in capsule form or tablets. We also, as a clinic, we work with medical grade supplements.
Lindsay Blumeyer (08:20.167)
We also work with other compounded medications that work specifically towards weight loss goals. Compounded semaglutides, for instance. Now it's something as a clinic that we're very conservative prescribing these medications. We don't give them out easily. We do have clinical protocols, but it is best to be reviewed by a provider first to know exactly what your body's missing. And I think that pretty much covers what we do with the medications.
Raquael Flores (08:53.378)
And, you know, one of the common questions we also get is labs. So, you know, it's very common and I was there too, like I said, wasn't feeling great. And I thought, great, of course, labs are going to tell me something because I feel awful. And it was almost kind of disheartening because when I did labs, they were actually pretty moderately okay, but I knew something was wrong. And so that is also our approach on labs. So we look at labs for safety, we look at labs to make sure nothing's flagging, but they don't tell us where people's optimal level should be. A lot of that's going to be going into symptoms, severity of symptoms, speaking with your provider and navigating through that and looking at all the pieces. As far as labs and, you know, do you have to have labs to get started? A lot of times, no. So with topical and oral, hormone therapy, you can actually get started and then get labs completed in the first six weeks. If you're doing injections, then we do require those to get done before you start as well. But we can also take labs that you've had completed recently. So if you've had labs done, we can import those for your provider consultation. The provider can look over those and let you know if you're missing anything and put a lab order in for anything that would be missing at that time. So again, we're trying to make this flow as easy as we can for patients. Be mindful of things that you may have already had done. As far as what that requirement looks like with labs, with oral and topical, you're going to be required to do that once a year with your injections every six months for that as well.
Raquael Flores (10:51.349)
And I'm looking to see if anyone has any questions. I'm not seeing anything so far, and we'll go on to the next.
Lindsay Blumeyer (11:05.765)
Okay, now the next question is, what holistic services do patients have access to when they're here? Now, we talked about addressing things clinically. That is our first way of looking at things. But let me go back. When patients come to us, let's say they're coming to us and they feel exhausted, they're tired, they are gaining weight, they're losing hair, they have no sex drive. We will look at them clinically and yes, there's a lot of things that we could possibly address clinically with any deficiencies of things that you're not producing in your body. But there are other factors usually involved too, you know. So certain situations will impact a person's situation that can make hormone balances a little bit more difficult for them to navigate through. So, you know, if you have an experience of going through a relationship breakup, divorce, you're moving, that is a situational period where, yes, it's gonna wreak havoc to your body with
with all the stress, but you're also going through a period where maybe you're not sleeping well, maybe you can't think straight, maybe your eating habits are displaced because of stressful patterns or your daily lives. And life continues to happen. So we really want to be able to support patients, not just clinically, but where else can we really maximize the benefits of their health and what their health goals are. So that is why we have introduced other services like nutritionists and life coaching so we can really
support all areas. It's very recommended for all of our patients because it's usually not just one factor that's affecting them. It could be one or two. I myself have been a patient at Thrivelab temporary. As Raquael was saying, there's many reasons why patients need hormone replacement or need this type of help. And going through something situational, I could realize what it was doing to my body and talking to patients every day and understanding they're dealing with the same things and now I was able to empathize going through challenges, stressful periods, but seeing how it was translating into my body. So starting therapy, I did look at things clinically and I also supported that with talk therapy and I think that really together helped and what's nice about our program is our providers are all connected. So if we are all on the same page clinically, nutritionally, you know, and looking at it with the mindset and have the patient just set up for success, we can really all work together in all areas to support that patient. And it's nice because our program offers our providers to share information, understanding what the patient's goals. So we can all tag team and no one is left out in the dark.
Raquael Flores (13:49.294)
We're already here halfway through and we're onto the giveaway now. So if you guys want to take a look on the back of Lindsay's background, there is a very key ingredient that we talked about with bioidenticals. The first person that can spot that, you'll be our winner. And we're going to be giving a book as well as our glutathione product as well. So any guesses on that? Maybe you could turn your camera a little bit, Lindsay, to more that area of where that is.
Lindsay Blumeyer (15:08.313)
We have someone that wrote in and is very, close. Very, very close. Think, go off a little bit of that Donna. If anyone else can see, feel free to submit your answer. And then when we see the correct one, we'll call you out. Okay. So feel free to continue to look at my background and see if you see any clues.
Raquael Flores (15:36.284)
I can give a hint to everyone. It rhymes with ham.
Raquael Flores (15:47.41)
Yay!
Lindsay Blumeyer (15:47.843)
There we go. Thank you, Donna.
Yeah, let me go back. So going back to the bioidentical, I don't think I actually covered exactly a lot of the ingredients for bioidentical hormones come from plants and a main one is wild yams. So these are plant based. And like this slide, excuse me, this slide says you can't consume enough yams to fix your hormone imbalances. But ingredients of the bioidentical hormones do come from a lot of plants and from wild yams.
Lindsay Blumeyer (16:31.333)
Okay, let's go back to our Q&A questions. Let's see what the next one is.
Lindsay Blumeyer (16:41.911)
Okay, how much does Thrivelab cost? Okay, so let me break this down because we do have out-of-pocket costs and we do have an insurance piece. So let me first dive into the insurance piece. Now when patients come to us, they usually ask all the time, is my insurance covered or does my insurance cover this? And they might not know all the questions that they are actually asking. When we look at insurance, there's three factors. It's provider visits, labs, and then let's discuss medications.
First, the provider visits, just like when you go see a doctor or you go to a medical clinic, usually you go up and you pay some sort of co-payment. So the visits that we have with our facility, that is billable to insurance. We bill as outpatient visits. And when patients are setting up at our clinic, we collect a $45 co-payment deposit. And what we verify first is if the provider’s in-network or not. All insurance plans are different, so we just want to verify the provider is in your network. And if the provider is in-network, that's great. That usually means lower out-of-pocket cost for patients, those that have met their deductible, calculated into their coinsurance, things like that, whatever plan they're on. Now, if they're not in-network, some patients don't know this, but some might have out-of-network benefits, so we still go in and verify that just to see what that is.
Your insurance will send the patient or if you submit your insurance, we'll send you an explanation of benefits to explain what that is. As a clinic here, we definitely recommend patients to know ahead before about their insurance plan, what they chose, what's in-network, if they have out-of-network benefits. So that is important to look ahead. But as a clinic here, we only bill for the provider visits.
Lindsay Blumeyer (18:46.339)
The second piece, labs. Now we do labs as Raquael was explaining earlier. What we do in that piece, being an online clinic, it's the only time you physically need to go somewhere. What we'll do is we'll give you a lab order and you can take that to a facility. So it might be best to know if your insurance prefers a certain lab facility, maybe a Quest Diagnostics over a LabCorp. So you might want to know that ahead of time, but you would just take our lab order to the facility. The facility will bill that to your insurance on your behalf and then we would get the lab results.
The last piece with insurance, medications. Now, our clinic, the majority of our practitioners recommend the bioidentical hormones. As I was explaining earlier, those are individualized, personalized, tailored medications for the patients. It's nothing that's mass produced. So a lot of insurance companies, just kind of depends on the plan, most of them don't cover a lot of the bioidentical medications.
So it is important to know what plan you're on, what are your benefits, what type of therapies do they cover. It is something that you can discuss with your provider here with us and see what options there are available and we're happy to find whatever aligns best with the patient and also help and include with their insurance benefits. Medications, compounded medications, they generally cost about $35 to about $65 on a month supply medication. Now, generally, what patients, when they come to our practice, as a new patient being on a medication, we typically dispense about a month supply at a time when we're understanding where the patient needs, you know, what needs to be replaced, the dosage, really monitor their symptoms, and it's really important to get that in the first two to three months. And that's something that we're very honed in on and understanding what that dose is because once things are consistent and you're starting to see your body change and you're starting to get these benefits and you feel good and you have energy and you sleep and you can just live your day, that's what we're tracking and making sure that we're there. So then the providers can dispense usually a larger amount that usually will discount the cost of medications by 10, 15%, 20% maybe.
Lindsay Blumeyer (21:08.54)
So that is a goal here is understanding what it is that your body needs. So we see your symptoms, you know, getting relief from that, going the right direction. And then once things are pretty steady, cost should be easier for you because, you know, now we can dispense out a larger supply. Now, some states do have certain regulations depending on the medication. So it might be specific how much we can dispense out per medication or depending on where the patient lives. So states do have different laws that we are aware of but we cater so everybody is the same and deliver the same performance, shipments and things like that.
So that's the insurance piece, medications, bioidentical medications. Now let's talk about the out-of-pocket costs here as a clinic. We do have a platform fee when you are an active patient. If you are being monitored by one of our providers, we are guiding you to results in providing all the resources. Our platform fee is $99. Excuse me, $99. Let me be clear on that. That's billed quarterly. So once a quarter, a patient will be billed the platform fee and let's talk about what that covers, what that supports, and then let's talk about ways that that can be discounted. So the 99 quarterly management fee, what does that support? First and foremost, it supports our amazing patient portal. It is so important that we have information live there, all the resources, being an online clinic. So patients can log into their portal, they can see their plan, they can see their medications, they can see their providers notes. They have everything on track. We also have additional resources like nutrition guides, recipes, mindful practices. That's where they can book their appointments, communications. Who is receiving those communications? That's important. Every provider here has a patient care advocate that is someone who is medically licensed, very helpful as another point of contact for our patients to relay medical information if they have questions about their medication, how to apply.
Lindsay Blumeyer (23:19.105)
Any question that comes into the portal, their PCA is gonna see it first and they'll be able to either address the questions themselves if they know it needs to go to the provider because it requires plan modifications. They also can see if it's something that needs to go to the fulfillment team, to our shipping team. So the patient is taken care of. So that portal is very helpful. They also log, or track the progress of their symptoms. Super important. So we are able to again see what we're working on. We can log in. No one's in the dark. That's the most important thing because if the provider's in the dark, the patient's in the dark, we know we're not going anywhere. So we really encourage a lot of engagement inside the patient portal and a lot of resources and tools. I will go back to the portal in a second. I talked about the patient care advocate. So you do have a full support team being a patient.
And then the last piece, being a patient on our platform, you do obtain loyalty points. It's something that we have designed to help success for patients. It measures engagement. It measures any action that they take that does better for themselves, that guides them better for their program. And every point that they collect, they can translate that to a dollar amount. So a lot of those points, you can locate that in your patient portal and it will explain any action, how it applies to you, you know, keeping up with your self -assessments, logging the track of your, you the progress of your symptoms. If the provider has a lab order scheduled, if we get that within that time frame, that gets points. So it's all doing actions towards your plan and we really want to reward patients doing so. So that's something that can be translated to dollar amounts that can be applied to the management fee. Another big bonus is if any patient refers a new patient to us, both parties will get benefits from that. They each get a reward $100 and with that, as we're spreading awareness and spreading solutions for patients.
Lindsay Blumeyer (25:24.6)
You know, we're also helping making healthcare affordable for them. So, got on a soapbox here. Sorry, Raquael, but there is a lot of pieces there when it comes to the billing. So there is the insurance piece and then there is an out of pocket management fee, but you see where you can benefit from that and also how that can be discounted. Do we have any questions with that, Raquael?
Raquael Flores (25:52.444)
I haven't seen anything so far. You did a great job explaining that.
Lindsay Blumeyer (25:57.637)
Alright, so let's go on to…
Raquael Flores (26:03.526)
So, why Thrivelab? There's many things, I think, why Thrivelab? The first being that our main focus is hormone balancing, thyroid balancing, weight loss management, and then just like Lindsay said, all the support that we give around that and a little more holistic approach as well with that. We do have a clinical team that has a significant amount of experience over 25 years of practicing and treating over 300,000 patients in hormone health. We're also like, again, Lindsay said, very accessible. We're in several states. The convenience of telehealth medicine as well, which I know is really key for a lot of people with families and working. We have a lot of providers that accommodate weekends, evenings. So that is amazing in itself and staff too. That is, even though we have like our clinical practicing, like I said, everyone is super passionate about healthcare and willing to help and very accessible for patients. We also have the 360 approach. So again, giving a lot of clinical support with things that we saw like dieticians, mental health, and then now virtual clinic and primary care as well. So being able to fill in those gaps for patients too and really about optimizing the patient. So, again going back to a lot of patients will be like you know what's your baseline and my answer always is we don't really have you know a minimal number you know we look at safety we want people to be in safety range but really we want to optimize you as a person and that's really spending time getting to know you going over symptoms and how that's affecting your life and then building a plan around that. And then, you know, I like this last one that, you know, you're not a number that we do have that unique approach. And that's really for myself. What drew me to Thrivelab was everyone has an extreme passion to help people. And a lot of us have our own stories with hormone health and very empathetic and always here willing to help you and take a unique approach towards your health care.
Lindsay Blumeyer (28:37.677)
It is true. We're very passionate here. So thank you for sharing that, Raquael. It all gives us purpose waking up each day. We love talking to patients every day and helping them out and the relationships that we build with them and sharing these stories. It really gives us purpose and fulfillment and our whole team supports it and supports one another.
Raquael Flores (29:00.804)
And lastly, if you haven't read our reviews, I always, because patients, you know, they want to know, and I'm like, really, the best way to know is go on and read reviews. You know, this is, you know, patients that are wanting to leave these. But, you know, that will also give you some insight to of our practice and our care for patients as well.
Lindsay Blumeyer (29:24.101)
So much love. All right, let's get into another giveaway. All right. Now, at the beginning, we did show a number, but what percentage of men and women aged 35 to 65 in the US have a hormone imbalance? So if you remember what that number was, do submit your number in there. And then whoever gets the answer right, we will send them their gift, the book and glutathione.
Lindsay Blumeyer (30:05.775)
While we're in here, I do see a question from Caitlin. When do you start seeing results from starting treatment? I guess I'll touch base a little bit on that. Just kind of depends patient to patient. That first 90 day mark is extremely, it's just, crucial. It's, where we start to see you absorb hormones, see how your symptoms alleviate. We really mark that 90 day as a full assessment we want the majority of your symptoms to be reduced at that point. I would say for men and women, it's different. Women, we know we have a whole science to us, so there's usually more than one thing that we need to rewire or refix or replace. But men have, you know, there's different difficulties there too. So it's just, it’s different for each patient, what their symptoms are, the severity of the symptoms, and also what their priorities are. You know, we do see patients having similar symptoms, but priorities are so different across the board and the situations are different. Oh, we're getting so close. We haven't hit that number yet.
Lindsay Blumeyer (31:24.751)
We'll continue to monitor the... Ooh, Donna. There's Donna again. She's getting close. So anyone that can get close to Donna's answer, Pier's pretty close too. Close, but no cigar yet.
Lindsay Blumeyer (31:49.647)
We're getting there.
Raquael Flores (31:50.969)
Oh, almost. Oh yeah, Patricia.
Lindsay Blumeyer (32:00.485)
Well done, Patricia. We'll make sure to get your contact details and we'll be sending you a gift. So thank you for that. All right, let's go into, so here was the answer. Yes, it was 72%.
Lindsay Blumeyer (32:19.927)
All right, so next, how do you get started as a patient? Well, first thing, do go to our website, Thrivelab.com and you'll want to fill out a self-assessment form. You'll be able to navigate it, see it there. It's just going to ask for patient details and then it's going to have you list the severity of your symptoms and it will go into that. It'll go into a little bit of medical exclusions just for safety measures and just get a little bit more information and make sure that we are a clinic that can service you. So after you take that self-assessment, then you should be able to see the provider's calendar. And then you might want to just block off an hour of your time so you have that time dedicated for yourself. And you're going to book a 4 -minute appointment with the provider. And then once you book that appointment, you'll have an intake form to complete. Just when you go to a doctor's office, there's usually patient background forms that you complete there. So you'll have something similar. It's a little bit comprehensive though because we do dive deep into this and just know a little bit more, any major medical concerns that you want us to be aware of. The provider is going to go check that with you. Has a little bit of family medical history. We review that too. So that's something that a patient would complete before they meet their provider. Again, just to allow them time. It's a pretty detailed intake form. Then when you meet your provider, you guys are going to have some time, introduce each other, give a little bit of background and she's gonna take that intake form that you completed, review it, so she's just very thorough, up to date on your medical history. She's gonna ask a few questions and then dive into what your symptoms are. What are your goals? Why are we here? The whole purpose of the first appointment is to understand what the game plan is. So she's gonna review you clinically, understand what it is that you're seeking for, and then she's gonna review everything that she can do for you, offer, what she could, if it's something that's deficient in your body, what is it something that she would recommend to replace that if she finds other areas of support needed, she's going to show you what that looks like. You know, if it's something discussed in the session where it might be helpful if you do see a life coach or see a nutritionist, she'll just show you everything in that appointment, what's offered for you and that's in line with your health goals. And then that's just there for you to review.
Lindsay Blumeyer (34:49.395)
If you have any lab work prior, we do accept labs typically up to a year. It's important to know what information is on that lab panel, but we do have a way when you become a patient, you have access to your patient portal, you can upload any information that you think is helpful for the provider to review, especially when you first meet her. So lot of patients have maybe had annual labs done or maybe they saw a provider, had comprehensive lab work done, maybe for another issue too, but that's something that they can include beforehand and the provider can do a lab interpretation, see what that helps with the recommendations. So all of that is going to be very clinical, dense review in that first appointment. So it's very important. It's a time for you to answer, you know, have all your answers, all your questions answered. So it's nice to be prepared for those appointments. And she's just going to show you the best way to support that. Once you complete the appointment, you'll have access to everything in your patient portal. Again, her notes, if it's something that you guys found solution to start that day. Usually for prescription wise, it takes about maybe a week for a patient to receive a compounded medication. So whatever the outcome of that meeting, it's up for the patient to see what's a good fit for them and what the next steps are for our providers to help them.
Raquael Flores (36:15.86)
I was just going to touch really quick on the first 90 days, just so patients know what that expectation is with appointments and just kind of break that outline out. So, just like Lindsay said, you're going to do that initial provider consultation. And then if you need labs to be completed, they'll put an order in for you either to get done before or during that six weeks, depending on the method that you're doing.
And then you’ll meet with the provider, do a review of those, then oftentimes have a review maybe around 90 days. And going back to results, we really like patients to give it at least 90 days because it does take time to get balanced. Some people will notice change in the first couple of weeks. Other people, may take a little bit longer to get dialed in. And then after that, again, our minimal requirement for oral and topical is going to be once a year lab, once a year follow-up and then injections going to be every six months. And we can take imported labs like Lindsay said. So if you have a well woman's or something like that coming up, you know, you're more than welcome to import those. We're happy to share lab panels as well and what we like as far as the baseline for those.
Raquael Flores (37:42.477)
And do we have any more questions at all? We have some time.

So we'll make sure after this video to provide any helpful links of anything that we spoke about. If you do visit our website, there is where you book your appointment. But if you still have questions, you can always schedule a free consultation call. That is a phone call with Raquael, I, our other teammates, Kristina, any one of us is able to help. And just it's 30 minutes that we'll call you and then just discuss all these pieces in detail. Some things are a little situational for patients. So we're excited to help. So feel free to book a consultation.
I do see one of the questions regarding what if they have old labs. Now, one thing I mentioned is our clinic, we do accept labs up to a year. It does depend what is on those panels. If there's any discrepancies that is required for a provider before writing a prescription, she would let the patient know ahead of time before starting anything. So always helpful if you do have recent lab work to be able to show to the provider.
If you find it helpful for her to understand more background on you. But do know we do a comprehensive lab panel for anyone that's on a compounded hormone that does require lab follow-up. So we'll definitely make sure we cover all your panels, your thyroid, your vitamins and minerals, and things like that.

And I see we have another question regarding our weight loss program. So it's really exciting. We now can offer a semaglutide in all the states that we're practicing in, and you now can go month to month with that. So the entry point for that is around $175, and then it can adjust, I would say, up to about $220, depending on your dosage. So if we raise dosage of that.
And you can do semaglutide without going into hormone, thyroid. We have a lot of patients that come on just for the semaglutide portion. Same thing, we can put our link for those free consults in there. We go over quick weight loss intake, going through weight history and diet, things like that, getting you ready for that consultation with your provider. So if anyone's interested in that, you're welcome to do that as well.

And the semaglutide, you know, knowing more about that product, it's great benefits for weight loss for patients that are, you know, needing their blood sugars regulated, have a lot of weight to lose because their added weight is impacting their lifestyle, their health. Again, it is something that we don't give it away like candy. We do have strict protocols who's on semaglutide. It's important to be monitored when someone is on a medication like semaglutide or any compounded weight loss medication. It's something that usually patients are on temporary until they meet a desired weight and then it's a reassess after that. So the medication's situational for each patient. It is something that's very beneficial if it's something that your body, if it will help. So the provider again will be able to review that. And then with that, if it's something that your body is going through or if it's something situational, do keep in mind the having a life coach, having a nutritionist, and a lot of our patients too. Let me put this on a side note, or go on a tangent. We have patients that come to us and they've done everything. They have gone through diets, they have workouts, and usually at this point they understand it might be hormonal, it's something that they just can't do on their own. And yes, we can address that, but it's still continuing their lifestyles. But maybe what they're educated on isn't good for themselves, you know, so this is where it might be nice for them to touch base with a nutritionist, understanding clinically their background, knowing what type of foods they need, or depending on what kind
health goals they're looking for. You know, if this is a post-menopausal patient, is it something that we need to focus on a certain category of food or a certain, you know, intake of food? You know, so it's really situation for, you know, very profiled for the patient depending age, genetics, what they're striving for. It might be something also that helps them navigate through how to meal plan or budget their grocery list and how to purchase the right foods for that budget. So the nutritionist does a lot more than just designing a meal plan. It's really coaching them in that sense too.

Oh, it looks like we have another one. Do you want to go into glutathione?
Raquael Flores (42:48.901)
I'll let you take that, I'll go into the webinar if you like.
Lindsay Blumeyer (42:52.109)
Okay, so I see I have someone asking about glutathione. So glutathione is a, it's actually something that we produce in our bodies and it is something that we lack as we get older. It is an antioxidant. It's something that, it's a great rejuvenating. It's great for not just health benefits, but also aesthetics too. So it's something that what we recommend transdermal administrating.
So our glutathione comes in a spray and you apply it to a thin skin area and it'll absorb, just allow it time to dry. And that transdermal is just so effective because again, it binds directly to the cells going through the bloodstream and delivering instructions. So glutathione is great for helping your skin, acne, wrinkles, scars, discoloration. Helps just also with feeling good. There's a lot of benefits with glutathione. Another thing that I wanted to explain, we also have compounded medications like Minoxidil. Minoxidil is great for hair loss. Another medication that's for, I think, temporary use, but delivers great results if you are having symptoms of hair loss. So we do have a lot of compounded medications here specifically to certain symptoms of imbalances.

And then next is our webinar coupon code. So if you use the code “WEBINAR”, it is good until September 5th, that will waive your first quarter of those platform fees of the $99. And that'll be when you book a provider consultation. So when you book your provider consult, then go ahead and enter that webinar code and you will get that first quarter waved.
And any other questions for us before we log off? I'm not seeing any. I am so grateful to have been able to help and answer questions. And again, just like we said, if you have additional questions and you want to do a free consult before you book a provider consultation, you are more than happy. I think we have that posted in the chat to do that too with one of us.
Lindsay Blumeyer (45:33.349)
Yeah, we're excited to speak to all of you. We do every day. Raquael, I think we did a good job touching the surface of just basics of Thrivelab. We'd love to see what your additional questions are and hope to be back on to answer more because there are a lot of things that go on in this clinic. But very happy to host, very happy to support, love working with you, Raquael, and helping our patients and meeting them every day. So thank you for your time.
Raquael Flores (46:05.182)
