Ingredients

For the Cabbage Burgers:

  • 1 Cabbage
  • 600g Minced Beef
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Italian Herbs
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/3 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/3 tsp Paprika
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Pressed

For the Yogurt Sauce:

  • 6 tbsp Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Green Onion, Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Dill, Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste

For the Potato Wedges:

  • 3 Potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 60g Grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, Chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cabbage Burgers: Mix minced beef with onion, salt, pepper, paprika, Italian herbs, and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Slice the cabbage into rounds and arrange on a baking pan.
  3. Top cabbage with the meat mixture and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes.
  4. Make the Yogurt Sauce: Combine Greek yogurt, tomato paste, green onion, and dill in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  5. Prepare the Potato Wedges: Toss chopped potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  6. Transfer to a baking pan and sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake at 190°C (374°F) for 15 minutes, flip the potatoes, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  9. Serve: Serve cabbage burgers topped with yogurt sauce alongside the crispy potato wedges.
