Week 1-2

Monday: Full-Body Strength and Power
Power Cleans
4 sets of 6 reps

Begin with a powerful upward pull from a squat position, lifting the barbell to your shoulders in a quick, explosive movement, and then lowering it back down with control.

4 sets of 6 reps

Lie on a bench, lowering the barbell to your chest and then pressing it upwards until your arms are fully extended.

Back Squats
4 sets of 6 reps

Stand with a barbell on your upper back, lower your body into a deep squat by bending your knees and hips, and then push back up to the starting position.

Side Plank with Hip Dips
3 sets of 30 seconds per side

In a side plank position, lower your hip toward the ground and then lift it back up, engaging your obliques.

Bench Press with Pause

Perform a bench press, but pause briefly at the bottom of the movement before pushing the barbell back up, emphasizing control and power.

Perform pull-ups with additional weight attached, pulling your chin above the bar before lowering yourself back down.

Lie on a bench, press a pair of dumbbells from chest level up until your arms are fully extended, and then lower them back down with control.

3 sets of 15 reps per side

Using a cable machine, pull the handle diagonally across your body from high to low, engaging your core and obliques, then return to the start.
